Hello everyone! *Ahem* It has been almost 2 months since I last updated this tiny space of mine. Tsk tsk.I’m very much alive and kicking! I’m just so very busy, I think.
A very quick summary for June. Work was crazy last month due to quarter-end. And my Manager was beaming when she spotted a tiny white hair on me! Boohoo! And on the very last Friday of June, I went ktv-ing with my new colleagues, to celebrate our short freedom from the pile of work. Ha! And I bought a new mobile – a red Nokia E71!
Well, it’s another week before my birthday! And I’ve already had two cakes this week! Cream cheesecake coated with a tangy strawberry glaze from Bakerzin on Thursday and Oreo cheesecake from Hilton Hotel on Friday, yums! I think I’ll have my third one this week. Hee!
Anyway, I’m stopping now. And I’ll try (hopefully) to come back soon with some pictures. Despite Monday blue is creeping slowly, I foresee it’ll be a good week next week. Ta for now!

I have been kinda busy over the past week. Well, I said kinda.
I went to Arab Street last Saturday with my sister to get some crystals to bling my Samsung YP-Z5F but I haven’t start with the bling-ing process. We ended up having dinner at Cafe Cartel at Marina Sqaure. And we decided to have cakes for desserts (which we usually don’t).
I have their best selling New York Cheese Cake! And she has their recommended Bitter Chocolate Cake. Yums.
And yesterday, Sandra met up with us for our first (after procastinating for so long) kbox session at Suntec! I haven’t stepped into any kbox/party world outlets like since 1357908642 days, I think. We have the room since 7pm and we decided to stop after we have sang till we drop! Let’s do this again at end of year, babes!
Oh yes, my Secondary School bestie has given birth to a baby boy on 30 March and I haven’t visited her yet even though I have gotten some gifts for her! I should take out some time next week to drop by her house and visit both the mommy and her baby boy at Woodlands.

My mommy celebrated her 59th (or rather 60th in her lunar calendar world) today. Well, not in the extravagant way but a simple affair with decent sumptuous dinner at Zhou’s Kitchen (one of the many restaurants under Tung Lok).
The dinner buffet spread isn’t too bad and this was the second time my sister and I brought our parents there. And the special dish of tonight’s dinner was chilli crabs! Yums!
My mommy has her cake from Icing Room and I love how simple the paper bag is. And the box for the cake has really cute ribbon on it.
Okay, I would love to have my mommy celebrating her 60th birthday in the extravagant way next year! So my dearest mommy, please wait for 365 days for your next birthday.
